Pecorino Cheese with Truffle Moliterno – 400 Gram, 600 Gram, 1 kg, Full Wheel (5kg)

It should be served at room temperature, and should therefore be taken out of the refrigerator at least one hour before use. Made with Black Winter Truffles.

The birth of this cheese is for tradition in Basilicata, in the resort of Moliterno. Today, however, most of the production takes place in Sardinia.

Serving suggestions: It can be used to accompany menus featuring truffles, to make delicious bruschetta, or melted on toasted homemade bread. It can also be used to flavour baked pasta dishes.

Ingredients: sheep milk, summer truffle

Aging period: between 120-150days
