Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Food Safety & Temperature Disclaimer

Taste for Luxury sells gourmet food products that may be temperature-sensitive.

While we take care to package products appropriately for transit, we cannot guarantee temperature conditions during shipping once the package is transferred to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package

  • Retrieving packages promptly after delivery

  • Storing products properly upon receipt

Accounts associated with fraudulent transactions or abuse of chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.
