Return & Refund Policy – Taste for Luxury

At Taste for Luxury, we specialize in premium gourmet food products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns on any products purchased through our website.

This policy ensures the safety, quality, and integrity of all food products we provide.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may only be issued in the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged during shipping

  • The product arrived defective

  • The product arrived spoiled or compromised due to shipping conditions

  • The incorrect product was delivered

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Failure to report issues within 24 hours of delivery may result in the claim being declined.

Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed, Taste for Luxury may, at its discretion:

  • Issue a replacement product, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers

  • Products that have been opened or consumed

  • Claims reported after the 24-hour window
