At Taste for Luxury, we specialize in premium gourmet food products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products,Ā all sales are final.

No Returns

WeĀ do not accept returnsĀ on any products purchased through our website.

This policy ensures the safety, quality, and integrity of all food products we provide.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may only be issued in the following situations:

  • The productĀ arrived damaged during shipping

  • The productĀ arrived defective

  • The productĀ arrived spoiled or compromised due to shipping conditions

  • TheĀ incorrect productĀ was delivered

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact usĀ within 24 hours of delivery.

  • YourĀ order number

  • AĀ description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Failure to report issues withinĀ 24 hours of deliveryĀ may result in the claim being declined.

Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed, Taste for Luxury may, at its discretion:

  • Issue aĀ replacement product, or

  • Issue aĀ refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds typically appear withinĀ 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds willĀ not be issuedĀ for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers

  • Products that have been opened or consumed

  • Claims reported after theĀ 24-hour window
