Bontàcapra is a goat’s milk ripened soft cheese obtained exclusively from 100% Italian milk and it is particularly popular with consumers as it is a fresh and easy to digest.

The ripening process is done in the natural caves in Valsassina, Italy using only the highest quality goat milk. The taste is authentic and genuine.

Delicate-looking and soft texture, this semi soft cheese has a slightly salty taste that delights the most sophisticated palates. Its freshness makes it perfect to accompany crostini, salads, and light dishes.
