Our charcuterie selections are priced according to weight, meaning you pay only for what your portion weighs. Price shown on each item is an estimation of the cost for its average weight. At the checkout, your card will be authorized to pay for the estimated amount. The amount will then be adjusted with respect to the actual weight after weighing and preparation of the shipping of the items.

Our price is set per 100g for all types of cured meats, so that there is full transparency in pricing and you are sure of what you are paying for, irrespective of whether the final weight or size might differ slightly at the shipping time.

About the product

Pancetta indicates an Italian delicatessen obtained by the processing of the pig’s anatomical region of the ventral. Unlike pancetta in the North America, pancetta in Italy is typically consumed raw, as it was designed for, so this product is intended to be consumed by thinly slicing it and then serving it!

It’s produced with only the meat that comes from breeding domestic Italian pork.
