Dolcetoma is an Italian soft-ripened cheese, made with goat’s milk.
It has a very thin, white, edible crust. The cheese is very soft, like Brie. The past is tender, immediately translated into a sensation of melted butter and vegetable notes, accompanied by sweetness.
The cheese tastes best when grilled and served with burgers, sauces, and casseroles. It also goes well with peaches, honey, fruit compotes, fig jam, toasted nuts, balsamic syrup, and sautéed greens.
