Our fresh mozzarella is imported from Italy. After we receive it, by air, in Kingston, an e-mail notification will be sent to you. The day after that, your order will be shipped. This way, you get the freshest and most authentic product. All it takes is a little bit of patience and you will enjoy the real deal—you won’t regret it!

Serving suggestions:

It is important to consume this fresh cheese at room temperature since it loses a lot of its flavour when cold from the ‘fridge’. You can eat it on its own, throw it in a green salad, or scatter it over a pizza. It’s fantastic in a panino or alongside a hunk of crusty loaf. For a pairing, try a crisp white, a fresh lager, a sweet red tomato jam, or a salty slice of “schiacciata” schiacciata (a type of Tuscan flatbread).
