Delicate goat’s milk robiola with a thin and soft whitish rind and a creamy under-rind obtained from light maturation in a humid and ventilated environment; in the mouth pleasant sensations of freshness are mixed, given by its typical acid note, together with the fragrance of bread and hazelnut.
