Traditional Aged Balsamic Vinegar “ARGENTO”


Aged for 18 years. It contains no colorants, preservatives, or added sulfate. Originating from Reggio Emilia, it’s obtained with the use of only genuine materials of highest quality without the added chemicals and artificial flavours. The only ingredient used, Lambrusco grape, is natural. The preparation method follows specific processes and the aging is done in wooden casks of highest quality.

This product has been aged for 18 years and is used on raw dishes or on dishes that require minimum cooking time. It’s best used on first plates, risotto and sauces. Each bottle of traditional balsamic vinegar has been examined by the official consortium confirming total compliance with the highest quality standards of this product.
