Hazelnuts grown in the heart of the Langhe, in Cortemilia. They are toasted, blanched to 95% of their original weight and packaged whole.

Piedmont Hazelnuts are rich in vitamins, especially vitamin E, a natural antioxidant that can slow the aging of tissues and counteract the action of free radicals. Its particularly rich and distinctive flavour does not only act as an excellent healthy snack during the day or as a base for sweets and delicious dishes, these toasted hazelnuts are also considered an important part in your dietary needs. A daily dose of about 30 grams of natural hazelnuts is recommended to fight cholesterol and prevent cardiovascular diseases.
