Mixed Cheese with Rosemary


Mixed cow and sheep’s milk cheese has been produced according to the company’s tradition. This cheese has been aged for a minimum of 40 days and then refined for 30 days in terracotta jars with the addition of natural elements such as rosemary.

This cheese has a flavour of the Mediterranean taste that can be used as part of your unique cheese platters or wonderfully topped on some artisan bread!

Since you will be paying per gram price, please consider that there may be minimal variation, usually of around 100 grams. The price you will pay is for the actual weight of each wheel. This means that if the weight of the wheel you are ordering is 1.3 kg, the wheel that you will be receiving will have a minimum of 1.3 kg, however there is a possibility that you may receive up to 1.4 kg. The price you will pay is for the actual weight of the cheese.
