Compact, elastic, yellow paste with average holes. It has an intense and fresh taste with traces of sheep and goat milk.
Made from skimmed, cow’s milk. The ripening and aging process has been for at least 45 days. The producers of the milk are from the Bra region, and belonging to the Consortium for the certification of DOP product.
Serving suggestions: It should served with red wines, grape jams.
