Description
This balsamic vinegar called “QUERCIA ROSSA” is not too thick (density 1.23\54° brix) and slightly sour. It’s a blend of cooked grape must and wine vinegar. Aged in oak barrels.
It’s perfect with salads and raw vegetables, it can also be used for preparing sweet and sour dishes!
