Made from a mix of sheep's and cow's milk, this cheese is enhanced with a mildly sharp yet pleasant flavour.
The thin rind is yellowish-white in colour, with the presence of pieces of hot peppers.
Inside it’s creamy with the occasional small air bubbles typical of all caciotta cheeses.
Its flavour is quite light regardless of the presence of hot peppers, which tend to have a fairly sharp taste.
