Original Prosciutto di Parma is a deli meat product obtained by the processing of the pork leg sourced from Italian livestock. The PDO (protected designation of origin) binds the product to a long and strict process controlled by the Consortium of Parma Ham. This represents the guarantee of authenticity of this product.

The consortium meets market demands whilst rigorously adhering to the traditional production methods and rejecting everything that does not meet the highest quality standard.
