This product has been aged for 12 years and it has a more pronounced acidic taste. It is less sweet and can therefore be used on salads, carpaccio and to flavour fish and red meats at the end of their cooking. Each bottle of traditional balsamic vinegar has been examined by the official consortium confirming total compliance with the highest quality standards of this product.
