This product has been aged for 25 years and is used exclusively to season cheeses, fruits, meat carpaccio, and it can act as an excellent digestive at the end of a meal. Extra old balsamic vinegar should never be used for cooking purposes but only for garnishing touches. Each bottle of traditional balsamic vinegar has been examined by the official consortium confirming total compliance with the highest quality standards of this product.

Comes in an elegant wooden box with all certifications from the Consortium of Reggio Emilia, Italy.
