Their products, Prosciutto di Parma, Coppa from Parma, Pancetta, and Culatello are prepared associating home-made tradition with the most advanced food-processing technology.

The processing of their products in accordance with well-structure quality methods requires the use of standardized working procedures, staff training on hygiene rules to be followed and on good production practice, with each stage of production chain.


Aging


Four generations of Gualerzi family have transmitted the knowledge and experience, assuring that prosciutto baring the name Gualerzi means quality, genuineness, and a guarantee of superiority. Pier Luigi Gualerzi turned a family business into a well-recognized company with the right approach to work: a mix of love for the land and for the traditions skillfully combined with curiosity for technology and most sophisticated equipment the market could offer. His winning recipe was also different: to live the company as a family, take care about the problems of the employees, while providing the best product to its consumers. Today the company's product represent exactly that: respect for the territory, quality of ingredients and raw material and traditional curing methods.
